Carolina Sky VBC, LLC (Carolina Sky) is a volleyball club located in the Midlands of South Carolina with practice facilities in Little Mountain, SC and Chapin, SC. Carolina Sky is a member of the Palmetto Region Volleyball Association within the Junior Division of USA Volleyball (USAV).

The mission of Carolina Sky is to teach volleyball and life skills as we develop well-rounded, competitive athletes and grow the game of volleyball locally. 

The vision of Carolina Sky is to be an elite youth volleyball organization that provides competitive opportunities and empowers and inspires youth to strive for excellence on and off the court.  We will focus on teaching the game, improving skills, and building character through drills and competition. And most importantly, we will strive to build life skills for our athletes that extend beyond volleyball. 

Carolina Sky strives to develop the whole athlete and prepare athletes for life. At Carolina Sky, coaches and athletes will commit to the 3 L’s:

Learn:  The coaches at Carolina Sky are committed to teaching the correct way to play the game. We will provide training that builds confidence and self-esteem in our players, with a continual improvement mindset.

Love: We will promote a love of the game of volleyball, as having a passion for something is a healthy component of life. Our players will love playing volleyball, want to learn more about the sport, and want to compete at the highest level possible.

Life:  Competitive youth sports with Carolina Sky teaches many valuable transferrable life skills, including teamwork, socialization, competition, coping, communication skills, discipline, and motivation. Athletes and their families will make lifelong memories and bonds through their shared experiences.
